MayLytix

About

I'm Josip Begić — I build MayLytix for production teams who need trustworthy data before print.

MayLytix is a specialist layer for industrial VDP data: plan ranges, validate CSVs, shape output, and leave proof — locally on your network, before downstream print systems take over.

Who I am

Freelance IT consulting with a production-first product.

I'm a freelance software developer and IT consultant based in Hannover, Germany. I build and run MayLytix Studio and Barcode — desktop tools for serial and barcode production data that operators actually use on the press floor.

The work sits upstream of label design, RIP, imposition, and press control. MayLytix is a focused desktop product rather than a generic SaaS platform. I work directly with industrial printers and converters on recurring job formats, workflow reviews, pilots, and custom data logic when the standard suite is close but not quite enough.

This website is B2B only. Engagements start with a workflow review and are arranged individually.

What I focus on

Industrial VDP data integrity — not the whole print stack.

MayLytix helps when client CSVs, ERP exports, or million-row serial jobs carry real risk before handoff.

  • Serial and barcode data preparation before print
  • Duplicate detection, range control, and check-digit rules
  • CSV transformation and multi-lane output shaping
  • Documented handoff with run summaries and PDF certificates
  • Custom validators and workflow logic for recurring job formats

How I work

Proof-led, operator-trustworthy, locally processed.

Real files, real counts, real proof

Every run should leave evidence: row counts, applied rules, output paths, and a proof record operators can show when production asks why.

Local processing on your network

Production CSVs stay on your network. No cloud upload requirement for million-row jobs.

Start with one recurring job format

The first step is narrow: one job shape, the manual checks around it, and the handoff it needs — not a broad software rollout.

Workflow review

Tell me about one recurring data problem.

Share the shape of a serial, barcode, or CSV handoff — I'll reply with the workflow questions that make the first conversation useful.
